We’re going to start by asking you a few questions during that first phone call. How old are your home and your system? Why are you looking to replace? It is old or inefficient? - Schedule an appointment.
Next, we’ll ask that all parties be there when we come to your home. We’ve found that it helps if everyone who touches the thermostat is home to ask all their questions and get all the information at one time. - Meet in-person.
When our comfort expert comes to your home, he’s going to sit down with you and ask you a few more questions. What do you keep your thermostat set at? Do you have any hot or cold spots? - Get an Estimate then and there.
Over 95% of the time, we’re able to give you an estimate for a new system right then in there. Whether or not you chose to work with us is totally up to you.

He’s then going to do a load calculation on your home, measuring your windows, walls, and insulation, to determine the correct sized system for your home. The entire process takes about 60-90 minutes.
Once you give us the “go ahead,” we’re typically able to finance the system at that initial meeting, and our comfort expert will know the next available installation day. Sometimes it’s same-day, other times it’s a day or two out. We try to move as quickly as possible, especially in the summertime, because we know it’s hot.
