Our job is to install the absolute best system possible. Here are 6 things to expect on the day of your HVAC installation from the On Time Experts.

  1. Two-Man Crews
We always use a two-man crew to install new HVAC systems. It’s safer for us, and it prevents job damage.
  2. Home Protection
Protecting your home is a priority. We use drop cloths and tarps to protect your floor. And we’ll wear floor savers on our shoes to keep the outside elements from getting inside your home.
  3. Communication
We need to communicate our goals and what you should expect. We don’t want any confusion at the end of the day, so we always make sure everyone is on the same page. That means asking questions and getting familiar with the home as well.
  4. Precision
This is Texas, so we have brutal summers and hot attics. Our team members take their time; they don’t skip steps. Our technicians take a lot of breaks and stay hydrated. For you, that means a system that’s installed with precision.
  5. Debriefing
At the end of the day, we do a wrap-up and make sure you understand any changes with the new system. We’ll explain preventative maintenance and what you can do to make sure you get the most out of your investment.
  6. Quality Control
We always schedule a follow-up with a quality control technician. Long story short, his job is to find issues that the installers missed. And the installers try to keep the quality control technician out of a job! We want to make sure we did everything we could to give you the best system possible.
