We offer upfront, flat rates for our services. We don’t charge by the hour.

I don’t think it’s fair for you to pay an inexperienced technician to be in your home for two to three hours, just to diagnose a problem. You shouldn’t have to watch your stopwatch, worrying about how much the hours are costing you.

That’s why we set our prices to one flat fee. It doesn’t matter if takes us five minutes or five hours. You pay the same price.

We set prices that we think are fair to the homeowner, and to our team members. Our guys are trained. They’ve spent a lot of money on education, and we continue that education within the company.

We come out to your house in a fully stocked van and can get 95% of the repairs taken care of while we are there. We’re licensed and insured for your protection. So, we want to be paid a fair rate for the service we provide.

We aren’t the cheapest company in town, but we aren’t the most expensive either. We feel we provide the best value for your dollar.
