We have a budget. We have goals. And we make sure our entire team knows what those are every week. At our weekly meetings, our team finds out how many calls we’ve run, and what we need to accomplish the following week.
There are successes and failures that happen every day. If someone has a great success, we celebrate it as a team. And if there is a failure, we acknowledge it by talking to the person privately, or whatever else we need to do to address it.
I think our team members really like to know exactly where we are at when it comes to the budget. They want to contribute and watch the company succeed and grow.
