When we figure out the problem and tell you how much it’s going to cost, that’s what you’re going to pay. No more. We’re not going to come back and say, “Oh, we found this and it’s going to be this much more.” The price we tell you upfront is the price you’ll pay.
I know companies out there that tell you if they find a code issue it’s going to be an up-charge. Well, I’m sorry. We’re the professionals and it’s our job to find that from the beginning. If we don’t, that’s our fault and we’ll make up the difference.
It takes ongoing training for our technicians to find the issues. We train five days a week. We have boards set up and live furnaces and air conditioners for our people to work on. We train constantly so that we know that our guys are working at the very best level that they can.
We also send them to manufacturer’s training, as well as making sure that they can communicate properly with the homeowner. There’s your super wise.
We don’t take shortcuts. There’s nothing worse than a technician working in your home, telling you he’s fixed a problem, and then two days later it breaks down again.
We don’t just focus on the problem; we focus on the entire system. It’s kind of like going to the doctor. You don’t just go in with a cough and get cough medicine. The doctor checks your blood pressure and tries to find the root of the problem. That’s the same thing we do with your AC system.
We want to make sure that the whole system is working properly so that we can find the heart of the problem and make sure it doesn’t happen again.
