When you schedule a service appointment, you let us know anything on your schedule we need to workaround. We encourage you to go about your day, and we’ll give you a call when we are 30 minutes away. That’s when the clock starts ticking.
We will be there within that 30-minute window, or your service fee is completely free. It does not happen very often. We’re pretty coordinated with our dispatch and communicate well amongst the team. That being said, there are things we can’t control.
A few years back, we had a call from the other side of the lake in the Dallas area. There’s only one bridge and there was a bad traffic accident that held our guy up. We were around 20 minutes late. We happened to be doing a compressor repair, which is upwards of a thousand dollars. We did that service at absolutely no charge to the customer.
We do what we say we’re going to do. It doesn’t matter if it’s one minute or one second – if we are late, your service fee is free, and it doesn’t matter what it would’ve cost. Call the On Time Experts at 469-336-3435.
