We’re kicking off a “We Believe” series for the next few weeks to let you know what values we at the On Time Experts stand by and believe in. One of the things we prioritize most is continued education. That’s why we believe in training three days a week.

In the world of HVAC and plumbing, there’s something new that happens in the market every day. We meet often to stay up to date on all the new products, codes, and technologies so that we can deliver those to our customers. We want you to know that your system is going to run as efficiently and safely as possible.

We also talk a lot about different ways to save you time. We know time is money, so it’s important for us to work quickly, but effectively.

If we didn’t train constantly, we wouldn’t stay up to date on our codes. Safety codes are really important. The city provides us with minimum safety standards in order for the equipment to pass inspection. I feel as though we exceed those expectations.
