When we say we do whatever it takes to make our customers happy, we mean it.

This spring, we installed a 13 SEER system for a homeowner, and she wasn’t happy, because we couldn’t remove the humidity from the space. So, we changed out the coil to make sure there wasn’t something wrong with the system itself. That didn’t work.

We decided to take her basic 13 SEER system out and replace it with a brand new, two-stage, 16 SEER system at no extra charge. We left it in for two weeks and she still wasn’t happy.

It turns out that we just weren’t the right fit for her. We pulled out the system entirely and gave this customer her money back. And we scheduled it on a day she had another company come out to put in a new system.

My team knows that they don’t have to ask me for permission to go above and beyond for a client. If that means giving a repair away – do it. If they need light bulbs changed, change the light bulbs. Bring in the newspaper. We’ve even had a guy mow the lawn!

That’s what a whatever-it-takes attitude means to the On Time Experts and you can expect that level of service each and every time you work with us.
