Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, our technicians come into the office to train. And two to three times a year, we go to different parts of the country to train on best practices for our industry.

Most of our training is focused on communication. We keep up on the technical side of things, including industry standards and new equipment. But for me, training in communication and customer relations is key to high-level service.
